Our journey together begins with a comprehensive intake session, where we gather key stakeholders from your company—including the owner and representatives from Finance, IT, Marketing, and other critical departments—around the table. This initial meeting is crucial for understanding your company's current security landscape. We explore questions such as: What security measures have been implemented to date? Are all subprocessors accounted for? Is there cyber insurance in place, and what security controls are currently operational? This conversation helps us gauge the level of subscription your organization requires on the SafeBase platform.
Initially, we introduce you to the SafeBase platform through its Starter package—a complimentary version designed to lay the groundwork for your security and compliance documentation.
As your implementation progresses, should the need for additional functionalities arise or if your user base grows beyond the Starter package's capacity, there's seamless flexibility to upgrade to the Growth package on SafeBase. This ensures that our collaboration evolves in tandem with your expanding security and compliance needs.
